The core of the JT TwinStar is a lightweight aviation grade Ergal 7075-T6 Aluminium, precision made using state of the art laser cutting and CNC machining.
The steel outer ring is heat-induction hardened to create a sprocket which will last up to six times longer than a standard 7075-T6 aluminium sprocket.
